Color Doppler studies are helpful in evaluating normal and abnormal conditions in the female pelvis. They provide a unique way of assessing intraovarian and uterine perfusion, and can help predict ovulation and detect certain ovulatory disorders and luteal phase defects. In addition, they may improve the early diagnosis of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in patients with ovulation induction. Using colour doppler studies of endometrium we plan embryo transfer.
