Endometrial platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy is a medical procedure that involves injecting a patient’s own platelet-rich plasma into the uterus to improve endometrial receptivity and thickness. PRP is derived from the patient’s own blood and contains growth factors that can stimulate endometrial function and increase the chances of pregnancy. A nimal studies have demonstrated a decrease in the expression of inflammatory markers and fibrosis, and increased endometrial proliferation rate, increased expression of proliferative genes, and increased pregnancy rates.
